Greetings, as my daughter said "if I do not cure the covid with this lunch I do not know what will do it", today I find myself with much more energy despite the fact that the cough continues and sometimes the chest hurts a little, But taking advantage of the fact that my daughter @irenenavarroart is already beginning to feel the taste of food a little, I wanted to prepare a special lunch. A pasta with meatballs, but not just any meatball, but soy meatballs because my daughter does not eat meat. I hope you like my recipe and are encouraged to prepare at home.

When the tomatoes are ready, that is to say that you can see that the shell comes off easily, they must be liquefied, this process must be done very carefully because if it is done with very hot water from the tomatoes it can be dangerous. Then the content or the tomato juice is strained in the pan or pot where the sauce is made, salt is added to taste and it should be left to cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

The dehydrated soybeans must be hydrated again to regain its size, but prior to that I recommend washing it and straining it several times, once they are well cleaned, boiling water should be added and the soy allowed to rest for about 20 minutes.
In addition, the onion and paprika are cut, the garlic is crushed and it is fried.
Strain the soy again and place it in a bowl, add the sauce, add an egg, the flour and comment on kneading and making the balls with your hands.
The meatballs must be passed through flour and beaten egg before frying in the oil.

For the plating, it is enough to serve the pasta, add a little sauce and the meatballs, everyone can eat as many meatballs as they want but I suggest about three meatballs per person because they sustain a lot, it is a very nutritious recipe and quite easy to make.
