¡Hola a todos! ¿No les ha pasado que necesitan cierto ingrediente para hacer una receta y no lo consiguen? Si ese es el caso con la leche condensada, no hay problema. El día de hoy les traigo una rica y fácil receta de cómo prepararla, la cual me la enseñó mi madre. Les salvará en el caso de que la necesiten y no la consigan o, si necesitan sólo cierta cantidad para una receta en específico.


Hello everybody! Hasn't it happened to you that you need a certain ingredient to make a recipe and you can't? If that's the case with condensed milk, no problem. Today I bring you a rich and easy recipe on how to prepare it, which my mother taught me. It will save you in case you need it and you can't get it, or if you only need a certain amount for a specific recipe.

Ya verán como no se necesita de mucho para hacer esta delicia.

  • 120 gramos (Una taza) de leche en polvo.


  • 120 grams (One cup) of powdered milk.

  • 144 gramos (3/4 de taza) de azúcar. En cucharadas serían 8 más o menos.


  • 144 grams (3/4 cup) of sugar. In tablespoons it would be 8 more or less.

  • 125 mililitros (1/2 taza) de agua.


  • 125 milliliters (1/2 cup) of water.


PREPARACIÓN: / PREPARATION:


En una olla se pone a disolver el azúcar en el agua, a fuego medio. Removiendo de tanto en tanto para evitar que se pegue.


In a pot, dissolve the sugar in the water, over medium heat. Stirring from time to time to avoid sticking.

Una vez que empiece a hervir, se retira del fuego y se deja enfriar unos cinco minutos.


Once it starts to boil, remove it from the heat and let it cool for about five minutes.

Luego, colocamos nuestro almíbar en la licuadora y batimos. Esto es para que emulsione (que agarre consistencia).


Then, we put our syrup in the blender and beat. This is so that it emulsifies (has a consistency).

Vamos colocando entonces la leche en polvo, poco a poco, sin dejar de batir. Una vez agregada toda la leche, se deja batir un poco más.


We are then placing the powdered milk, little by little, without stopping beating. Once all the milk has been added, let it beat a little more.

Y listo. Bastante sencillo. Podemos utilizarla en nuestros postres como aditivo o simplemente degustarla así no más, aunque sin abusar que es mucha azúcar je je


Nota: A la hora de guardarse, tiene que ser en un recipiente de vidrio. Así se conserva mejor.
